Founded by AI strategist and executive educator Sadio Jonas, the Academy was created in response to a growing leadership gap. With more than 20 years of experience across technology, finance, government-adjacent environments, and highly regulated industries, Sadio brings rare depth to the challenge facing today’s leaders: AI is advancing faster than leadership capability, governance models, and professional standards.

She founded The Academy for AI Strategy in direct response to this widening gap.
